Due to human interferance, the King Cobra's biome is radically decreasing. This is due to human need for trees and other wooden resources. The humans take away all the trees which is vital to some of the prey to the King Cobra. Though this does not affect the Cobra directly, it affects the snake indirectly. Due to its rapidly shortning food supply, the King Cobra population are starving from the lack of food. These animals are so vital to the Deciduous forest biome due to the fact that they prey on animals such as Rat snakes and other small creatures that pester and destroy the environment. This proves the virally of this creature.
Without human donations, researchers cannot try and help the King Cobra. The King Cobra's impact in the forest is understated, and without the
King Cobra, the first would be in turmoil.
